While most firms will charge at least as much as ours for a cost segregation study, unlike ours, they rarely (if ever) include tax preparation. This leaves taxpayers with an additional four-figure bill to have their study implemented so they can reap the benefits. We also include up to 90 minutes of free consultation with an Enrolled Agent.⁴

A cost segregation study may not be suitable for all real estate investors, and tax savings are dependent on a multitude of factors. Any interested party should carefully consider the cost and the potential positive and negative outcomes.
