¹ Price for individual tax return. Certain fees related to less common situations may be applied to the starting rate even if the return otherwise stays within the bounds of the listed inclusions. Examples include, but are not limited to: hand-written information returns, a need to paper file or to have forms filled out manually, requested expedited service, determining estimated tax liability, etc. Billing may also occur for undue extra time needed for processing documents such as invoices or information returns.
² For one residential building up to four units or two single-unit buildings on the same plot of land. Commercial properties and residential properties with more than four units require a custom quote.
³ Includes interest, dividends, capital gains from stocks or publicly traded funds; may include cryptocurrency transactions if well-documented. Rate for Schedules K-1 is also a starting rate and may scale with the complexity of the return or of the partnership's operating agreement.
